NeMo Health ("NeMo") provides an AI health assistant and patient–doctor connection services. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit nemohealth.xyz, join our waitlist, or use our products.

2. Information we collect

Waitlist & contact: name, email, optional phone, organization, and role you provide
Future product use: chat messages, symptom descriptions, appointment details, and communications with doctors
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs for security and analytics

3. Sensitive health information

Symptom descriptions and health-related chat content are sensitive. We treat this data with heightened care, access controls, and encryption in transit. We do not sell your health information.

4. How we use information

Operate the AI assistant and route you to appropriate care
Connect you with licensed doctors and share relevant context with your consent
Improve safety, quality, and accuracy of our services
Send waitlist and product updates you reasonably expect
Comply with law and protect against fraud or abuse

5. AI processing

Conversations may be processed by automated systems and third-party AI infrastructure under contractual safeguards. AI outputs are not stored as medical records unless you enter a formal care relationship with a provider through NeMo.

6. Sharing

We may share information with:

Doctors and clinics you choose to consult
Infrastructure providers (hosting, messaging, analytics) under data-processing terms
Authorities when required by law

We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

7. Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate clinical record-keeping obligations apply to provider interactions.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Contact us at hello@nemohealth.xyz. We will respond within reasonable timeframes required by applicable law.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.

10. Children

NeMo is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we collected data from a child without appropriate consent, contact us for deletion.

11. International users

We are building for users in India first. If you access NeMo from other regions, your data may be processed in India or other countries where our providers operate.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Significant changes may be communicated via email or in-product notice.
