1. About NeMo

NeMo Health ("NeMo", "we", "us") operates an AI-assisted health information service and patient–doctor connection platform at nemohealth.xyz and related applications. By using our website, waitlist, or future products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Not emergency services

NeMo is not for medical emergencies. If you think you have a life-threatening condition, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not rely on NeMo for urgent or emergency care.

3. AI assistant — not a diagnosis

Our free AI chatbot provides general health information and symptom organization. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription services. Only a licensed physician can diagnose and treat you. AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect; always confirm with a qualified healthcare provider.

4. Doctor consultations

When available, NeMo may connect you with independent licensed medical professionals. Those clinicians are responsible for the care they provide. NeMo facilitates scheduling and communication but does not practice medicine. Consult fees, availability, and response times (including our ~15 minute target) are goals, not guarantees.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NeMo, or use the service with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Misuse the service or provide false health information
Attempt to access other users' data
Use NeMo for unlawful purposes or to harass providers
Reverse engineer or scrape our systems beyond normal use

7. Waitlist & beta features

Early-access and waitlist features may change or end without notice. We may contact you using the details you provide for product updates related to NeMo.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeMo and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
